The Progress for Changing Products
If you request to change products, you are required to call our customer service department within 7 days. You are also required to bring your electronic receipt and the whole product with you. Clients with the same receipt can request to change their products once. Clients can change the same product once. However, we are sorry to inform our clients that we will not refund the delivery fees and the operation fees. Customer Service Officers will arrange the date to change the products for clients according to the stock quantity. Hong Kong customers normally can be arranged to change their products shorty and they are required to change their products within 7 days in our appointed shops, otherwise we will not able to change their products.
If you need to change your products, the products must be in good original packing.
If there are any samples or promotion items in the same parcel, you may change your products and please return the samples and promotion items also. Otherwise, we cannot arrange to change products.
Clients need to visit our appointed Perfect Life Product Shop to change their products (except oversea clients). We will pay for the second time delivery fees for overseas clients if the cause of changing products is our mistake. The overseas clients will need to pay for the delivery fees if the mistake is made by others e.g. post office or other delivery companies etc.
This will not able to arrange to change products if any following issues happens.
You have received the products over 7 days.
The products have been opened (except the cause of bad quality of products) or the products have been used over 50%.
The clients have allergy (products not suitable). Perfect Life Product Shop will not bear any costs of such issues.
Perfect Life Product Shop always provides high quality and real products. If client suspects the quality of products and he/she requests to change products, we will send the products back to the original factory or wholesaler to check. This will normally take 1 month. If the products are proven as poor quality, we are willing to change the products for client.
Products are not in good original packing, broken or not as a whole.

If client has not requested to change products, this means this deal has been completed. Perfect Life Product Shop does not responsible for any legal issues and we will not change products for the client.
